Terms and conditions
Reservations are confirmed by receipt of your confirmation and booking deposit (30 % of total amount).
We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.
» A deposit of € 800 in cash will be required upon arrival and returned at end of stay
» The chalet is non-smoking
» Animals are not allowed
» Arrivals are on Saturday between 5 PM -7 PM. Please let us know should you arrive later
» Departures are on Saturday between 8-10 AM
» A disinfection fee of 50 € per chalet will be charged in addition
CANCELLATION free of charge for a cause related to COVID-19
To assist you in the smooth organization of your stay, we undertake to reimburse you in the case of :
– Closure of our chalet for the dates of your stay. If this closure occurs during your stay, the unused nights will be refunded.
– Closure of the resort les Menuires during your stay
If this closure occurs during the stay, the unused nights will be refunded.
– Closure of the borders of your country and / or France on the dates of your stay
– If quarantine or confinement is imposed on you. If this quarantine is decreed during your stay, the unused nights will be refunded.
These conditions apply to any cancellation of your stay for the causes described above and occurring until the day before your arrival at our establishments.
Cleaning and disinfection are reinforced
We have selected specific products for the cleaning of the chalet. In addition, an extra disinfection step of the touch points has been added to our cleaning process. As a result, we will have to charge 50 € extra per chalet to cover the additional steps to minimize the risk of contamination. Thank you for your understanding.
The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellation or interruption of one or more members of the group due to serious illness (COVID -19 or other), accident, death, major home damage, lay-off, professional relocation, roadblocks, strikes, any complication due to pregnancy until the 28th week…
» Cancellation more than 31 days before arrival: 30% of the travel amount
» Cancellation 30 to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the travel amount
» Cancellation 20 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the travel amount
» Cancellation 13 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the travel amount
To cover this kind of inconvenience, we recommend you to subscribe a cancellation and interruption of stay insurance, which will enable you to obtain reimbursement of the costs advanced.
At subscription of the contract : Pay the contribution indicated in the contract and as soon as your rental contract is signed or deposits have been paid, you have 10 days to subscribe to ADAR insurance. After this period, subscription is still possible, but you will only benefit from all the guarantees after a 7-day waiting period has been applied, during which no guarantee can take effect.
